Our Post

Carter County Memorial VFW Post 4574 was proud to present a $1000.00 check to Greenville Public Schools to help purchase classroom and school supplies this past Wednesday. We appreciate the support of our Community through our various fundraisers. This allows us to not only help local Veterans but to put back into our Communities through our Youth Programs like this and our annual Voice of Democracy and Patriots Pen Essay Scholarship contest. We must continue to invest in the future of our youth. Thank You Greenville Schools for allowing us to do so. Help Support your local VFW and raise funds for the Voice of Democracy and Patriots Pen Essay Contest. This Poker Run is held to help raise funds for VFW Post 4574 to help them with Veterans Assistance Programs. Also, to help with scholarship prizes for the Voice of Democracy and Patriots Pen Essay Contest. This will be a scenic ride through southern Oklahoma and have a stop at the Veterans Center. Starting point will be 529 South Washington Ardmore, Ok. Registration is $20 first hand and $10 for each additional hand. Registration begins at 9:00 am, first bike out at 10:00 am and last bike in at last stop by 4:00pm.
